Hidden Springs Integrative Health and Wellness Center sits above the banks of Swatara Creek in a historic homestead dating back to 1760. Our goal is to make every visit refreshing, restorative, and memorable. In addition to individualized coaching, we offer massage, Reiki, sound therapy, and targeted treatments for pain relief, relaxation, and overall wellness.

Join our licensed massage team for therapeutic or specialty bodywork, including Ashiatsu, Craniosacral therapy, reflexology, and more. Our extensive experience allows us to customize sessions for your unique needs. For a truly unique experience, we offer massage combined with personalized sound immersion, giving you the focused attention of two skilled practitioners in the privacy of your therapy room. This service is booked by phone due to its specialized nature.

We also provide Reiki, a therapeutic energy technique that supports physical and emotional balance.
