The challenge focuses on different aspects of stress relief each day, helping participants to explore and incorporate various practices into their daily lives.

In this individual program, we introduce and challenge you to try a new self-care activity for 10 days straight! We will provide you with easy self-care strategies to try from day 1 through 10 that are suitable for a busy lifestyle — like yours! Gain information on each of the activities and learn how and why they benefit your health. Develop the stamina to meet bigger life goals through the practice of taking on smaller, more attainable goals like this 10-day challenge!
We frequently host evening seminars and classes that align with our values for healthy, clean living with an emphasis on self-care, nutrition, fitness and activity and outdoor recreation. We also love to explore living our best lives with a chronic conditions.
