The wellness center @ Hidden Springs Farm rests above the banks of the Swatara Creek.  Rich with history, this registered historic homestead dates back to the original cabin from 1760. Later home to a dairy farm, the brownstone house and large yellow barn were built around 1806. The staff at Hidden Springs Integrative Health and wellness center want to ensure that every visit is refreshing, restorative, and memorable. In additional to individualized coaching, our wellness center offers massage, Reiki, Sound Therapy, and targeted treatments for pain relief and relaxation.  

Join our accomplished, licensed massage therapists Laura and Christi for a therapeutic and relaxing massage or for specialty bodywork such as ashiatsu, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, and more.  We also employ additional licensed therapists for private events like spa parties and full day retreats where massage service are included.

In a truly unique and healing service, we combine therapeutic massage with a personalized sound immersion in the privacy of your therapy suite.  This service provides you the dedicated, concurrent attention of two skilled practitioners, working intently to promote your health and wellness.  Due to the unique use of two practitioners, this service is booked by phone.  

For another level of mind and spirit realignment, consider Reiki, a healing technique based on the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy.  The process promotes free energy flow to help activate the natural healing processes in each client’s body aiding in restoration of  physical and emotional well-being. Traditional Usui Reiki uses hands-on light touch to promote deep body relaxation.  Priscilla has also developed a practice of Reiki for children to assist with their relaxation and stress reduction.  Pediatric services are always performed with a parent present in the room.
