To continue our vision of helping all our clients promote all aspects of their health and wellness, we are excited to host education, relaxation, inspiration, and community integration opportunities. Classes are held in the large gathering room or our meeting boardroom unless otherwise specified. When appropriate, we will also hold special events outside, honoring the natural and rural beauty of Londonderry Township, Pennsylvania.

Join us for a sound immersion or yoga, or come to learn how to promote your physical, mental, social, or emotional health.  Learn the lifesaving skills of CPR or first aid by gaining or renewing an AHA certification.  Or simply come to learn healthy non-alcoholic mocktail alternatives as well as how to prepare quick and easy nourishing dishes.

Sound Immersion with Sharon 

Vibrational harmonization

Experience 60 minutes of deep relaxation and vibrational healing with Sharon Owens-Kabatek. Using crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, and earth-based percussion, the session guides your brain into meditative states, helping reduce stress, support hormonal balance, and promote overall wellness.

CPR AND FIRST-AID

Learn lifesaving skills from Priscilla, a seasoned ER nurse, EMT, Wilderness First Responder, and former Search & Rescue and Ski Patrol volunteer with additional outdoor medical training as a whitewater trip leader and kayak instructor.

American Heart Association (AHA)-based training is available for both medical and non-medical certifications. Classes can be scheduled for 1–9 participants and cover all age groups unless age-specific training is requested.

Certification Options:

  • BLS Provider: For medical professionals (pre-hospital and in-hospital). Offered as a full in-person class or a skills check after completing the online module.

  • Heartsaver BLS: Full in-person CPR class for workplace or licensure requirements.

  • HeartCode BLS: Skills check only, for students who complete the online portion in advance.

  • First Aid: Available as a standalone or add-on to CPR. Especially valuable for educators, adventurers, and anyone active outside traditional settings.

  • BLS & First Aid (Non-Certified): Gain essential skills without formal certification at a reduced cost—ideal for those who want to be prepared to help friends, family, or the public in an emergency.

Our yoga offerings are rooted in mindfulness, nature, and intentional movement. Led by certified instructor Yen Dong, each class invites deep presence, gentle exploration, and connection to the rhythms of body and breath. Yen’s soul-centered, all-level approach blends the stillness of Yin with intuitive slow flow, creating an accessible and nurturing space for grounding, healing, and self-awareness.

Morning Sunrise Yoga

Effective 10/8, class begin at 7:30.

Awaken with the earth

Begin your day in the quiet beauty of early morning with Yen’s sunrise class—a gentle flow that honors stillness, breath, and intention. Guided by the energy of dawn, this 60-minute practice invites you to open, listen, and move in harmony with nature. Each posture becomes a meditation in motion, offering space to reset and root before the day begins.

Trapeze yoga

One-on-one sessions available on a case-by-case basis.

Coaching clients receive first priority on trapeze yoga scheduling.

We frequently host evening seminars and classes that align with our values for healthy, clean living with an emphasis on self-care, nutrition, fitness and activity and outdoor recreation.  We also love to explore living our best lives with a chronic conditions.
