PRISCILLA, MSN, RN, NC-BC; Owner, Functional Nutrition Coach

After 20 years in Colorado, I relocated to my parents’ historic farm, to care for my mom during her battle with Alzheimer’s. That year was profoundly challenging, and it became a foundation for my personal growth and professional evolution.  This led to board certifications as a Holistic RN Coach and Functional Nutrition Coach, and a certification as an NASM Personal Trainer. I’m currently finishing a Nurse Practitioner program, aiming to bring functional, integrative primary care to Hidden Springs Integrative Health.

Professionally, I explored conference planning, real estate, and resort management. As an RN, I served as an ER Nurse, Nurse Educator, SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner), Clinical Instructor, House Manager, and Triage Nurse. These experiences fueled my passion for helping others find their best path to wellness - professionally, physically, and personally.

I am a lifelong learner with multiple degrees: AA, AAN, BS, BSN, MSN. I ground my work in evidence-based practice, offering resources to support every recommendation I make.

Outside the wellness center, find me hiking, biking, skiing, SUPing, kayaking, or camping.  More likely, I am fly-fishing; exploring trout streams across Pennsylvania and Virginia or chasing Steelhead in Erie. Adventure fuels me, but being a mom is my most amazing adventure. My daughter is my trusty sidekick, and together we work hard to play harder.

As your coach, I draw on my experiences while using the power of inquiry, support, and challenge to help you find your best self!

YEN, 200-YTT; Yoga Instructor

Yen guides students through soul-centered slow flow yoga that blends mindful movement, breath, and the stillness of Yin. Her classes help participants release tension, cultivate presence, and connect to their body’s natural rhythms. Wednesday mornings with Yen are especially welcoming for newer students who might feel intimidated by a large or traditional studio or gym, offering a supportive space to move and breathe with intention.

Yen also leads occasional evening experiences that combine yoga, guided journaling, and community potlucks, celebrating each participant’s unique flavor while fostering connection and shared energy.

A seasoned traveler, Yen has lived in multiple states and continents, drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and natural landscapes to infuse her teaching with curiosity, openness, and creativity. Outside the studio, she enjoys exploring new places, finding stillness in nature, and bringing the lessons of her journeys into every class.
