Fresh produce, lean proteins, nourishing grains, and healthy fats are key to keeping your energy up and immune system strong, especially when life feels chaotic.

2. Surround Yourself with Positivity

One of the most powerful tools for mental well-being is the company you keep. Surround yourself with positive habits and people. From daily affirmations to connecting with uplifting friends, these small shifts can have a profound impact on your overall mindset. Positivity is contagious—when you fill your life with it, you’ll notice stress begin to dissipate.

3. Practice Gratitude

When stress takes center stage, it’s easy to forget the good things in life. Journaling your gratitude daily can be a simple yet powerful way to shift focus from what’s causing you stress to what brings you joy.
